| Many people who come to us for a rental are facing credit issues in some way or another. We can help prospective tenants that have less than perfect credit, even people facing foreclosures. These are tough times and thousands of people are struggling trying to keep their head above water. The key to obtaining a rental is: stating the facts honestly. Have a letter prepared explaining your circumstances, be sure to outline time lines of what happened. Also be prepared to pay first, last and a security deposit.
